Yes, it was just as good as it looks. Most of them were eaten. It was a whole rack of ribs, with generous amounts of the secret sauce applied.Wish you were here, you could join in, but now it is time for a nap!
Because it is not really a secret here's what's in the secret sauce. It's enough to marinate the ribs and brush on during cooking.
Secret Sauce
2 cups of apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons of salt
3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons of Cooking wine or sherry
1 Tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
2 cups of apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons of salt
3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons of Cooking wine or sherry
1 Tablespoon of Tabasco sauce

I any of that yummy chicken goes on the grill...you better be dialing my digits!!! I hope you all are relaxed now from all of that hard work!
I think the corn and green beans in your previous post look much tastier than the ribs. But, that's probably because I don't eat ribs!
I'm gonna try the secret sauce. It sounds good! Especially the Tabasco!
I am to be notified anytime ribs are on the grill.
